Information for Oral Presentations
We have alloted a 15-minute slot for each talk, including 3 minutes for questions. Your presentation should be approximately 12 minutes long, leaving 3 minutes for questions at the end.
Presentation Guidelines:
- Slide Format: 16:9
- File Formats Accepted: .pptx, .ppt, or .pdf
- File Submission: Upload your presentation file before your session. Detailed instructions are provided below.
- Template: No specific template is required.
Upload Information
Please upload your presentation via the ConfTool System.
1. Choose "Final Upload" and upload your presentation as the 3rd file.
2. For sessions scheduled before the lunch break, the upload deadline is 8:00 (8:00 am) on the day of your presentation.
3. For sessions scheduled after the lunch break, the upload deadline is 13:00 (1:00 pm) on the day of your presentation.
Information for Poster Presentations
Please prepare your poster and bring the printed version to the registration desk.
Poster Guidelines:
- Format: A0 Portrait (841mm x 1189mm)
- Template: No specific template is required.
